In case of technical problems or questions regarding our machines you can call our technical service-hotline. During the warranty period the hotline is free of charge. After the time of warranty, the consultation will be charged:
Per quarter of an hour or part thereof we will charge EUR 15.- plus VAT.

Alternatively we can offer a service-contract for an on-the-spot service on a regular basis with different times of reaction. These contracts include a usage of the service-hotline free of charge.
