PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS
Attach:
Stick the cover flap to the back of the desk pad by pressing it evenly along the edge of the desk pad. To achieve good adhesion, avoid air bubbles, creases or unevenness.
Folding and stacking:
Fold the cover flap over and stack it face down. If necessary, weigh it down with a weight overnight.
Avoid uprighting or breakage:
The transparent protective flaps in particular, which do not have the solid cardboard insert, tend to stand upright. In addition, the film can break at the fold in cooler temperatures.
To avoid this, it is advisable to carefully heat the spine of the stack with hot air (e.g. with a hot air blower or a hair dryer). This softens the PVC and makes it mould better to the back of the desk pad.
Alternatively, you can place a weight on the desk pad with the front facing down overnight.
We generally recommend processing at room temperature.
