The awl is an indispensable tool for anyone who works in bookbinding or similar craft areas. It is ideal for pre-piercing holes in paper or cardboard, but also in soft materials such as leather.
Properties:
- Versatile: Ideal for punching holes in cardboard, for pre-piercing paper for manual sewing and many other applications.
- Ergonomic handle: The handle has a length of 80 mm, fits comfortably in the hand and allows for precise work.
- Replaceable tip: The tip has a length of 50 mm and can be easily replaced as soon as it is worn or damaged.
Advantages of the replaceable tip: Since the tip can wear out or break during intensive use, this model with a replaceable tip is particularly practical. This means that your awl is always ready for use – simply unscrew the worn tip and replace it with a new one.
Replacement tips can be purchased separately and are also available in our shop.
