Hardcovers in XL formats and special materials - no problem for our PräDeka XL
Our PräDeka XL machine covers the largest format range of all our case-making machines. With the PräDeka XL, almost any format can be produced, from small book covers to large menus, sample books and photo books. The solution is designed for one-off production as well as for series production in industrial bookbinderies and printing plants. It enables a production of up to 120 pieces per hour and allows the processing of DIN formats from A6 to A3 portrait & landscape. The maximum width is 1100mm.

Flexible solution for casing-in and joint-setting
Our casing-in solution for single-unit production and small series consisting of the two machines PräLeg and PräForm enables the production of a high-quality, neatly cased-in book with a burnt-in joint and excellent opening performance - and all this with a realistic productivity of 150 books per hour for changing formats. Both machines allow processing of DIN formats from A6 to A3 portrait & landscape.
