Photo books and books, menus or folders in large formats are difficult to process due to their size and handling. As these are usually high-quality products, special materials are also used, which create additional complexity for processing. With our PräDeka XL case-maker, specially developed for these products, and our casing-in solution consisting of PräLeg and PräForm, you can process even difficult products without any problems.

Hardcovers in XL formats and special materials - no problem for our PräDeka XL

Our PräDeka XL machine covers the largest format range of all our case-making machines. With the PräDeka XL, almost any format can be produced, from small book covers to large menus, sample books and photo books. The solution is designed for one-off production as well as for series production in industrial bookbinderies and printing plants. It enables a production of up to 120 pieces per hour and allows the processing of DIN formats from A6 to A3 portrait & landscape. The maximum width is 1100mm.
