Books-on-demand is a publishing method for printed products that has been in use since the mid-1990s. It is based on digital printing technology: the printing and finishing usually takes place immediately after the order is placed. With our hardcover line, on-demand production with different formats per book of up to 200 copies per hour is possible. All necessary information is transferred to the machines by means of a barcode. Thus, no manual makeready is necessary and a real single run can be produced economically. Individual requirements such as rounding, headband, bookmarks can be flexibly added with additional modules.
With our experience in the hardcover and books-on-demand market, we have the necessary expertise to support you in planning your projects. We will work with you to develop a concept tailored to your requirements, including an individual workflow and detailed costing. Contact us!
