Quick help for an order

If you need help with your online order, you can reach us by phone +49 (0)40 / 734 744-0 or you can send us an e-mail (info(at)schmedt.de) with your questions. We also accept orders via e-mail. Please make sure to include your full address as well as quantities and accurate descriptions of the products (ideally you already have our product number).

FAQ / Frequently Asked Questions

How can I order online?

You simply place the products you want in the shopping basket and then go to the checkout. Here you can decide whether you want to create a customer account or not. With a customer account, you have advantages when shopping: you do not need to re-enter your data and can maintain it yourself, you can view your notepad and your order history and check the status of your current orders. As the owner of a customer account, you also have the option of purchasing on account after activation. If you do not wish to create a customer account, we only need your data to process the current order.

Can I also buy from you on-site in Hamburg?

Unfortunately, this is not possible, because as a wholesale company we do not have a store and can not keep capacities free for on-site sales. In exceptional cases and after prior appointment arrangement, products in stock can be viewed on site. Please contact us for this purpose and make an appointment. Goods can of course always be ordered from us in our webshop and then picked up on site.

Can the goods also be shipped neutrally or with my delivery note?

Yes. If you wish, we can also send your order with your delivery note or a neutral delivery note on which you are noted as the sender. Please be sure to include this in your order.

I need a product in a special colour / size, is that possible?

It is not generally possible, but for many items we are able to supply special colours and special sizes - assuming an appropriate purchase quantity. Please submit your request using our contact form, by e-mail or phone Please specify colours (HKS or similar) and give us concrete data (dimensions or similar). We will get back to you shortly.

What is the price if I need a larger quantity than indicated in the price scale?

You are welcome to ask for special prices for larger quantities, we will then provide you with a customised offer!

Can I get samples of your products?

Yes, you can get samples/sample cards of our products on request. Please understand if we can only supply you with a correspondingly small quantity. Otherwise, we will charge you for larger quantities, but we will credit them to you for a later order.

Do you also have a catalogue?

Yes, you can find our online version here and also have the option to order a printed version there. Please bear in mind, however, that products can change at short notice. Current availabilities can be found on our website on a daily basis. However, if you need a catalogue, we will be happy to send it to you.
