Edler Glanz, extrem hitzebeständig (kann man mit iron on beplotten) abwaschbar und unnormal robust. Ich bin begeistert.

Are the English Buckram library cloths tissue backed? If not, what do you suggest to ensure the glue does not seep through the fabric? I am looking to use this material for book binding.

Alternatives to EuroBuckram and Durabel
Due to the insolvency and closure of Bamberger Kaliko Werke at the end of November 2022, an important manufacturer of library cloth ceases to exist. Bamberger Kaliko produced DURA-BEL and Eurobuckram, two library cloth products manufactured in accordance with the German RAL-RG 495 quality regulations. English Buckram is an alternative that is also tested according to the quality regulations. The good news is that both fabrics from Bamberger Kaliko were made to resemble the English original, so about 80% of the colors are very similar. Below we give an overview for which color of Eurobuckram and Durabel we can deliver an almost identical color.
