Mehrere Bögen hatten dunkle Flecken, dies ist für meinen Betrieb aber nicht relevant, da alle Zuschnitte noch überzogen werden!

"Für Kleinmengen bzw. bogenweise Abnahme benutzen Sie bitte Art.-Nr. 1900XXXX." - ja, und wo, bitte schön? Ich bin Hobby-Buchbinder und benötige (u.a.) mal den einen oder anderen Bogen Graupappe - aber nicht gleich 100 Stück!! Für einen wie mich aber haben Sie offensichtlich nicht viel übrig - außer der kryptischen Aufforderung, die besagte Artikelnummer zu benutzen - aber wohlweislich wird verschwiegen, wo und in welchem Kontext diese ominöse Nummer verwendet werden kann. Vielleicht bin ich auch nur zu blöd, um das herauszufinden - ok, damit muss ich leben. Aber für Sie als Anbieter solcher Materialien kann es doch auch nicht ganz egal sein, wenn potentielle Kunden einfach so abgefertigt werden (und dann natürlich nichts kaufen... Aber sie können es ja auch nicht...!) Mit reduzierter Hochachtung Dr.Jahns
