Ist der Papierbohrer in Japan hergestellt? Kann man damit ein Stapel Papier bohren z.B. 20 oder 30 Seiten?

Guten Morgen,
ja bei dem Produkt handelt es sich um ein Original Nonaka Produkt aus Japan.
Sie können damit einen Papierstapel mit 10 Blatt eines normalen Kopierpapiers lochen.

Ist der Bohrer geeignet für Löcher in beidseitig kaschiertes Buchbinderpappe (2mm)? Bliebe er lange scharf?

Grundsätzlich kann man den manuellen Papierbohrer Screw Punch auch für beidseitig kaschierte Buchbinderpappe verwenden. Man sollte aber beachten, dass es sich bei dem Papierbohrer um eine mechanisch unterstützte Bohrdrehung handelt. Diese muss manuell mittels Druck in das zu bohrende Substrat erfolgen. Je verdichteter die z.B. Buchbinderpappe ist, desto öfter und stärker muss man den Bohrprozess ausführen. Der Screw Punch ist ideal um gelegentlich eine Bohrung vorzunehmen. Die Haltbarkeit der Schärfe ist stark abhängig von dem zu bohrenden Substrat. Je härter, oder je „unreiner“ der zu bohrender Zellstoff ist, desto schneller nutzt der Bohreinsatz ab. Die Einsätze kann man aber in vielen verschiedenen Stärken jederzeit nachkaufen.
