Easy to use – unlimited possibilities
- Mix marbling ground: Gelasco Marbling Ground ensures the ideal consistency of the color carrier.
- Apply & design colors: drip the marbling colors onto the prepared marbling solution. Using an awl, comb or paintbrush, you can transform the colors into imaginative designs.
- Apply paper & transfer: carefully place the paper onto the film of color and pick up the pattern.
- Let it dry and be amazed: After drying, the pattern is permanently preserved.
Application tip: Shake the bottles well before use to distribute the pigments evenly.
The AscoColor eco Marbling dyes are available in 9 colors and come in two practical container sizes:
- 30 ml – ideal for beginners and smaller projects
- 100 ml – for longer marbling fun and larger designs
AscoColor Eco vs. AscoColor
The AscoColor eco Marbling dyes are water-based, environmentally friendly and low in odor. They do not contain any solvents and are ideal for marbling on paper. The original AscoColor colors were based on an oil-turpentine mixture and worked according to a different physical principle. Since some of the chemical components of this formulation are no longer available and demand for more environmentally friendly alternatives has increased, we have opted for the sustainable, modern variant AscoColor eco.
Can I mix AscoColor and AscoColor eco together?
No, the two types of paint are not mixable. AscoColor eco is water-based, while AscoColor is based on an oil-turpentine mixture. Since they are based on different physical principles, they function according to completely different mechanisms and cannot be combined.

In unserem Shop finden Sie extra Marmorierpapiere.
